By accessing and using SocialServicesHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
All services are prepaid through your wallet balance. You can fund your wallet via MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, USDT (TRC20), or Bitcoin. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts. All amounts are displayed in FCFA (XAF).
Refunds are processed automatically in the following cases:
Wallet top-up deposits are non-refundable to your mobile money or crypto wallet once credited to your platform wallet. Refunds are issued as wallet credit only.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Virtual number availability, pricing, and stock vary by country and provider. SMM service delivery times and results may vary depending on the provider and platform.
Users can earn commission by referring new users to the platform. Commission is earned on referral top-ups for one year from the referred user's registration date. The commission percentage is set by the platform administrator and may change at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
SocialServicesHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount in your wallet balance at the time of the claim.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
